ERL Photography provides professional photography services including weddings, portraits, family, maternity, newborn, boudoir, event, and product photography. All bookings are subject to a separate service agreement and deposit.

3. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, text, graphics, and other content on this website are the exclusive property of ERL Photography and are protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

Clients who have purchased photography services receive a personal-use license for their delivered images as specified in their service agreement. Commercial use requires a separate licensing arrangement.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Session bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, emergency).

5. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
